Personal Training with Jane or Terry can help you with challenging, varied sessions that provide detailed bespoke training plans. You will receive access to a wide range of fitness and training principles, equipment and techniques that really make a difference. Once you have decided that you would like to go ahead the process is really quite simple.
Initial Consultation – this will include:
- A detailed Body Stat assessment.
- Fitness assessment to establish current levels.
- Nutritional assessment to establish where you are starting from.
- In depth discussion on what you want to achieve.
- The path to get you there.
- The means to successfully reach that.
Subsequent Sessions x 3 – this will include:
- Building on the foundations set in the Initial Consultation.
- It will include your formal training plan.
- Any modifications / progressions required.
- Key points of information to ensure that you are constantly challenged.
