Wellness coaching is where I will support you to uncover what you really wish to achieve, and by listening, carefully questioning and reflecting back to you, helps you understand this fully. The next stage is to show you how to uncover what will motivate you to achieve each of your goals, the steps to achieve them, and who or what can help you.
‘Be the BEST You’ 3 Month Package will include:
- 1 hour Initial Consultation,
- 1 x x 30 minute Skype or Telephone Call per Week,
- 1 x 60 minute Wellness session per month,
- E-mail and text support between sessions,
- Personal action planner,
Ideal for someone with a particular challenge or goal to explore, from quick to longer term. The sessions are organised to suit you, allowing time to clarify your goals and how to tackle them.
In addition you will receive:
- A personalised nutritional eating plan,
- An exercise programme, which may include Pilates and meditative sessions depending on stress levels,
- General health and wellness advice.
